He's also built a rental portfolio worth $6 million and has housed families in need through working with non-profit groups like Hope Services and Section 8.

Zasha Smith

Civil Engineer | $10M+ Real Estate Portfolio

Zasha is a licensed civil engineer turned full-time real estate investor that built a $5 million residential portfolio rented to those on assistance, flipped over 37 projects that were sold to local families, and raised over $10 million from private investors. She has recently started expanding into commercial properties as part owner in 500+ units and building 32 affordable homes on the Big Island with Fuzzy!
