The County of Honolulu just announced the first official auction date, so we completely rebuilt this workshop to give you the most efficient and supportive experience possible. Do I need any prior experience to purchase a property?

No! This is exactly why we have 3 series of events to get you feeling confident to potentially purchase a property!

The live virtual workshop and workbook will help you learn how to analyze the current auction properties and prep for what the auction will be like.

The Q & A virtual call will be to go over any questions or concerns you have. If you're questioning something while analyzing your deals, this is the perfect time to ask. We want you feeling confident going into the auction the next day!

When you get to the tax auction, we will be there to support you and answer any questions we can. Not to mention, we're the best hype people if you need that extra push!

What if I can't make the Virtual Q & A call?

No worries! While we think you'll get the most out of joining live, we understand that may not be possible. You can submit any questions you have before the call to [email protected] and we will answer them on the call. We will be sending out replays to the registrants.

What if I can't attend the Hawai'i Tax Auction in June?

Though this series is designed to teach and help you purchase a property at the upcoming Tax Auction in Hilo, you can still join us to learn how to use the Tax Auction strategy here in Hawai'i. So much value can be gained from the workshop alone and the virtual Q & A will answer any lingering questions.

However, we do think that it's best to join us for the live auction even if you don't plan on purchasing a property right away. It's great to get an idea of what an auction is like, so you'll feel more confident when you're ready to purchase a property in the future.

If you purchase your ticket prior to any of the bonus auctions (Oahu, Maui, or Kauai), we encourage you to join us there too to get the full experience of the different islands.

What if I'm not ready to purchase a property?

That's totally okay! Just by joining us, you'll be way more prepared for when you are ready to purchase a property and you'll always be able to use the strategy in the future.

Will any transportation or accommodations be provided?

No, we won't be transporting or providing accommodations for anyone joining us. You will be responsible for all travel arrangements and costs.

What should I do after I purchase my ticket?

When you purchase your ticket, you will receive a detailed Welcome email with everything you need to know to get started right away. Including a downloadable PDF Workbook to guide you and the zoom link for the upcoming Workshop and Q & A calls.

Is there a cancellation refund?

No, we don't allow refunds or cancellations. We have spent many hours (and years worth of experience) creating this resource to help you learn how to use the Hawai'i Tax Auction strategy. As soon as you purchase your ticket, you'll be granted immediate access to all of the content, resources, and tools.

We do understand that emergencies happen and you may not be able to attend the auction, but since we're going to be sharing all the information you need to get started beforehand, you'll still be learning a valuable strategy for the next tax auction.

Can I bring another person?
