Zasha is a licensed civil engineer turned full-time real estate investor that built a $5 million residential portfolio rented to those on assistance, flipped over 37 projects that were sold to local families, and raised over $10 million from private investors. She has recently started expanding into commercial properties as part owner in 500+ units and building 32 affordable homes on the Big Island with Fuzzy!

Fuzzy is a former pro waterman turned successful real estate developer, who was able to build over 150+ affordable entry level homes on the Big Island that were sold to mostly local families since 2013 using little to none of his own money through partnerships. He's also built a rental portfolio worth $6 million and has housed families in need through working with non-profit groups like Hope Services and Section 8.

Do I need any prior experience to purchase a property?
No! This is exactly why we have 3 series of events to get you feeling confident to potentially purchase a property!
The virtual workshop and workbook will help you learn how to analyze the current auction properties and prep for what the auction will be like.
The Q & A call will be to go over any questions or concerns you have. If you're questioning something while analyzing your deals, this is the perfect time to ask. We want you feeling confident going into the auction the next day!
When you get to the tax auction, we will be there to support you and answer any questions we can. Not to mention, we're the best hype people if you need that extra push!
No worries! While we think you'll get the most out of joining live, we understand that may not be possible. You can submit any questions you have before the call to [email protected] and we will answer them on the call. We will be sending out replays to the registrants.
Though this series is designed to teach and help you purchase a property at the upcoming Tax Auction in Hilo, you can still join us to learn how to use the Tax Auction strategy here in Hawai'i. So much value can be gained from the virtual workshop alone and the Q & A session will answer any lingering questions.
However, we do think that it's best to join us for the live auction even if you don't plan on purchasing a property right away. It's great to get an idea of what an auction is like, so you'll feel more confident when you're ready to purchase a property in the future.
That's totally okay! Just by joining us, you'll be way more prepared for when you are ready to purchase a property. You'll continue to have access to the Workshop and replay of the virtual Q & A, so you'll always be able to use the strategy in the future.
