Zasha Smith

Zasha is a licensed civil engineer turned full-time real estate investor that built a $5 million residential portfolio rented to those on assistance, flipped over 26 projects that were sold to local families, and raised over $9 million from private investors. She has recently started expanding into commercial properties as part owner in 500+ units and building 32 affordable homes on the Big Island with Fuzzy!

Fuzzy Jardine

Pro Surfer 👉 20+ Real Estate Deals a Year

Fuzzy is a former pro waterman turned successful real estate developer, who was able to build over 100+ affordable entry level homes on the Big Island that were sold to mostly local families since 2013 using little to none of his own money through partnerships. He's also built a rental portfolio worth $6 million and has housed families in need through working with non-profit groups like Hope Services and Section 8.
