Oahu Meet-Up

From Demo to Decisions

Renovation Phase 2: Inside a Real Kailua Project

Most people only see the “before” or the shiny finished photos. Very few get invited back during the messy middle. This January, Zasha and Fuzzy will be hosting you inside a real time look at Phase 2 of Mike and Cathy’s Kailua renovation. The decisions. The changes. The pivots. The lessons you only learn once you’re already in the deal. This is where theory turns into execution.

Saturday, January 24th @ 10AM HST

Location: Kailua, Oahu

  • Phase 2 Numbers and Decisions

Learn what’s been spent so far, what surprised them, and how they’re thinking about the next steps.

  • Multi Gen Fixer Reality Check

Understand the real challenges and opportunities that show up once walls are opened and work begins.

  • Takeaways You Can Use Now

Leave with insights you can apply to your own property, your next purchase, or your first deal in Hawaiʻi.
