Zasha is a licensed civil engineer turned full-time real estate investor that built a $5 million residential portfolio rented to those on assistance, flipped over 36 projects that were sold to local families, raised over $9 million from private investors and has grown an influence of over 132k followers on Instagram alone. She has recently started expanding into commercial properties as part owner in 500+ units and building 32 affordable homes on the Big Island with Fuzzy!

Who should attend the Maui REI Summit?
The Maui REI Summit is for emerging active and passive investors! This is someone who is looking to deepen their knowledge of real estate investing in Hawaii to build wealth and financial freedom. No prior real estate experience is required, but a general understanding of the benefits of real estate investing will help you grasp the information shared.
Can my spouse attend?
Of course - we love seeing couples learn together! Each attendee will be required to purchase a ticket separately to enjoy the Summit and all activities.
Where is the event & where do I stay for lodging?
All workshops will be hosted at the Marriott Courtyard in Kahului, Maui. Friday night's off-site activities will include transportation to & from the Marriott Courtyard.
Rooms will fill up quick during the holiday season, so be sure to book online as soon as possible at www.marriott.com. Select Kahului as your destination city. The Hotel is Courtyard Maui Kahului Airport.
Are my flights, hotel, and meals included in the ticket price?
No, you will need to book your own flight and accommodations. The Summit will take place in central Kahului at the Marriott Courtyard, so you are welcome to stay at the venue or somewhere else in the area.
Depending on your ticket, certain meals will be provided for you. All guests will receive lunch on Dec 14th. You will receive a complete itinerary to help you plan for the other times.
Is there a cancellation refund?
No, we don't allow refunds or cancellations. We have put a lot of time into creating an experience that has everything you need to get started or scale. As soon as you purchase your ticket, we will secure your spot immediately! Tickets are on a first come, first served basis.
What is the HUI Mastermind Academy?
