Zasha is a licensed civil engineer turned full-time real estate investor that built a $5 million residential portfolio rented to those on assistance, flipped over 26 projects that were sold to local families, and raised over $9 million from private investors. She has recently started expanding into commercial properties as part owner in 500+ units and building 32 affordable homes on the Big Island with Fuzzy!

With family from Hilo and being raised on Maui, she understands the struggle local families go through when it comes to finding affordable housing especially because she was raised in low income housing in Wailuku by a single mother.
