Zasha Smith

Zasha traded a civil engineering career for full time investing and built a $5 million residential portfolio renting to families on housing assistance. She's flipped 26 projects sold to local families, raised over $9 million from private investors, and now part owns 500+ commercial units, on top of 32 affordable homes she's building on the Big Island with Fuzzy. She was raised in low income housing in Wailuku by a single mother, with family roots in Hilo.

Fuzzy went from professional surfing to real estate development, building over 100 affordable, entry level homes on the Big Island since 2013, most sold to local families and financed through partnerships instead of his own capital. He grew up on the Big Island with his grandparents on a pig farm with no electricity, later moving to the Nanakuli Hawaiian Homestead.
